Brad Wells, RCM, RPA®, CMCA®
Brad is the President of Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. working in the Toronto, Waterloo, and Hamilton offices. He has been managing condominium corporations and commercial properties since 2002, achieving the RCM designation from ACMO; the RPA® designation from BOMI; and the CMCA® designation from CAMICB. Brad is a member of the CMRAO Discipline and Discipline Appeals Committees. He has been a speaker at multiple CCI and ACMO events and courses and is an instructor for the ACMO RCM courses at Mohawk College. Brad is very involved in the condominium industry, participating as a Director on the Board of the CCI-Grand River Chapter and as Chair of the CCI-GRC Education Committee while being actively involved with training and mentoring new Property Managers entering the profession.
Christopher Mendes, B.A. (Hons), M.A., J.D.

Christopher Mendes is an associate with SmithValeriote Law Firm LLP in the Condominium Law Practice Group. Chris has a B.A. (hons) in history and political science from the University of Waterloo, an M.A. in Political Studies from Queen’s University and completed his legal education with a J.D. from the University of Ottawa. Since his call to the Bar in 2018, Chris’s practice is strictly concerned with condominium law matters. Chris, together with the Condominium Law Practice Group at SV Law, assists condominiums in all legal matters concerning governance, contracts, dispute resolution and enforcement, including matters before the Condominium Authority Tribunal. Chris has been a member of CCI-GRC since his call to the Bar and serves on the CCI-GRC’s education committee. Chris regularly speaks on condominium law issues in the area.
Laurie Reed, Trademark Property Management
Laurie Reed is a Sr. Property Manager with 18 years of industry experience. Laurie has her R.C.M. designation and holds a General License issued by the CMRAO. Laurie has managed well over 1500 units in her portfolio, and is experienced in all facets of Condominium Management, including vacant land, standard, common element, and is fully versed in shared facilities and mutual use agreements. Laurie is astute in Financial Planning and excels with the developments of new condominiums. Working with various builders and developers to assist with budgets and sales plans, providing a review of declarations, and disclosure packages and working alongside the developers to develop extraordinary condominium communities.
